Add task followers who are following the task progress from the system but aren't assigned to the task:

For example someone created a task but he isn't assigned to work on it.

When you add followers, they will be able to:

1 - Receive notification from the task they have been added as follower.

2- Upload files, comment, mention and can be mentioned.

3- permission to add sub tasks (Can assign sub tasks to only assigned users and can't add followers).

4- Can check the task overview.

5- followers can't start timer.

6- if the task is within a project the followers should be within the project members.

7- Assigned members can't be added as followers.
